Synopsis:
This interactive workshop will help attendees grasp the dynamic changes that are occurring globally, how to properly frame their impact, and the impact of AI on the world of work. The workshop will help attendees transition their mental models from ones that are anchored in the industrial world of the last 100 years to the post-industrial world that we are now experiencing.
To help attendees better understand the impact of AI in a post-industrial world, we will dive deep into how AI is impacting each major functional area of HR. We will talk through the technologies that are disrupting the functional HR areas, how we need to reimagine work when we combine human and digital labour. Additionally, we will discuss the key characteristics of success that are needed to thrive in this environment.
In particular, the workshop will cover the disruptive technologies we see transforming HR and how they link back to the research that was published on Systemic HR. We will explore the Bersin agentic HR model and the four stages starting with productivity improvements to existing jobs transitioning to the re-engineering of work itself with the use of agents. We will dive deep into four key AI areas: Conversational AI, Hyper Personalisation, Digital Twins, and vertical libraries attached to large reasoning models.
At the end of this workshop, participants will have a better understanding of the level of maturity of these AI technologies and how they apply to your organisation.
